Fabio Capello has resigned from the post of the head coach of England

Head coach of England Fabio Capello has resigned, informs the official site of Football Association of England.

Capello was taken this decision after the meetings with representatives of the FA, which was held on February 8 at the stadium "Wembley".

Earlier, Football Association of England contrary to the decision Capello has deprived  the defender of Chelsea John Terry's captaincy of the national team because of the racist scandal.

For this reason, the Italian found it necessary to leave his post.
